The benefits of using Terrapin are greatest when we are involved in a project from conception to completion. This includes feasibility studies, design, planning, prefabrication, on site erection, additional building works, and fit-out ready for occupancy. On smaller projects we can take responsibility as design and build contractors for the complete project. On larger projects we work as specialist offsite/on site sub-contractors in partnership with the main contractor.
Terrapin can provide a range of finance, leasing and rental options. We can also help with the sourcing of finance either from dedicated finance partners or, in some cases (subject to status), through our own funding initiatives. We can help to process the finance applications and can accommodate a flexible range of finance periods and payment terms. We will often offer buy-out options to Customers at the end of contracts and our hire terms can cover the period that suits you with a dismantle and return service at end of contract.

Too much of the building industry is dominated by an adversarial approach between Clients and contractors, and between main contractors and sub-contractors. Our ethos is different. By being involved with all parties from the earliest stages we believe it is our responsibility to make life easier for all our partners throughout the project. We know we can deliver the most cost-effective solution; we can also save time in the construction programme, de-risk specific operations, and avoid time and skills bottle-necks to ensure the success of the project.
