NMJ Motorhouse
Terrapin successfully completed a £154,000 contract for NMJ Motorhouse at Edlesborough. The building consists of a car sales office - a Unitrex flat roofed building - consisting of 4 offices, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen and a 90 sq m open plan office/reception area.
The new sales building was commissioned to replace an old caravan which was being used by the client before and during the construction of the new building. The building’s internal finishes inlcude oak laminate flooring, roll carpet, air conditioning, beech and granite kitchen unit/worktops and a disabled toilet.
