Hire solutions from Terrapin range from singular buildings through to fully equipped offices or schools, complete with fixtures and fittings and the furniture of your choice. We can also include the provision of all services including IT networks.

We respond quickly to deliver all the style and quality of a permanent building with all the flexibility and benefits of our hire solution. Hire contracts may be planned for periods to suit the need – at the end of the agreement period we will simply take the buildings away, or relocate if required, and restore your site to its previous condition. We also offer the option to extend hire periods or even to extend your building should the need arise. Hiring a building can also be 100% tax allowable – depending on the circumstances.

The essence of Terrapin's lease hire solution is that you make no capital investment – we simply agree a plan of monthly payments to cover use of the building and services. We can also include contract maintenance within the hire fee, allowing the customer to focus on other priorities.
