Building solutions

The complete spectrum of Terrapin’s offsite building solutions is available for purchase or lease: permanent buildings or temporary buildings created around our panel systems or steel-framed modules.

Purchase solutions

We act as a complete one-stop-shop supplier to design, manufacture offsite, and erect on site. For small projects we can act as a specialist main contractor and work for end-user Clients in a traditional contract agreement. On larger projects we act as a specialist sub-contractor in partnership with the project's main contractor.

Lease solutions

We have the flexibility and capability to offer our building solutions via a lease agreement with the end–user Client. We can offer both lease purchase and hire plans for periods to suit a Customer’s needs.

The Terrapin solution. Our involvement can end at the completion of the structure or can be extended to include a full or partial fit–out covering furnishings and building services such as IT and security systems.
