Completion Assurance
The culmination of Terrapin’s concept to completion process is the handover of a fully finished, high quality building that meets expectations exactly – on time, and on budget.
Many clients choose to let us add extra value by taking advantage of our fitting out services which can include meeting special requirements such as landscaping, disabled access ramps, air conditioning systems, or inbuilt data networking; or a complete turnkey fit-out, including interior finishing, flooring and furnishing to create a building ‘ready for occupancy’. This can even include specialist fitting services for buildings with highly specialised purposes such as operating theatres, sports halls and laboratories, where we will liaise with equipment suppliers and users to coordinate a complete fit-out to the client’s detailed specification. The important objective for Terrapin is not just to deliver a high quality building but to meet or exceed the expectations of our client and the users of that building – every time.
Where appropriate we will integrate and commission modern building services such as solar energy, rainwater harvesting or heat pumps into the Terrapin solution.
