Cannock Chase Technical College

A brand new, state of the art catering facility has recently been completed at Cannock Chase Technical College in just 12 weeks. The college wanted a restaurant building that would reflect the high standard of cuisine prepared and served by the students. Terrapin won the contract and staff and students of the college are justifiably proud of their new facilities which are used to provide healthy food, prepared and served by catering students using silver service.

Having been highly recommended by GB Partnerships, Chartered Quantity Surveyors based in Birmingham, Terrapin offered a flexible service to meet the needs of the client and worked closely with the College to provide a best value solution.

The building was manufactured and constructed within a 12 week programme. It has an internal floor area of 180 sq m providing a fully equipped modern kitchen, a restaurant of 40 covers, bar area, reception, store, toilets and changing rooms.
